“Around the World in 5 Days”

(9:00-11:30) – Ages 8-12; $199

Each day we’ll create dishes from a new country and learn a bit about the cultures through food. This trip, we’ll visit Japan, China, France, Italy and Mexico, making such dishes as teriyaki chicken, spring rolls, pasta, crepes and mini tostadas.

“Everything and the Kitchen Sink”

(9:00-11:30) – Ages 8-12; $199

Is your child ready and eager to get serious in the kitchen? Then this camp is the perfect recipe. This is a slightly less serious version of our “Essential Cooking Skills” camp for teens. At the end of the week, your child will have more confidence and skill in using a knife, know how to make stocks and soups, and prepare various vegetables, fishes and meats. You’ll have much more than just a helper in your kitchen.
