“Around the World in 5 Days” ($199) – Ages 5+

June 22-26: 9:00 – 11:30am, Ages 5-8 / 1:30 – 4:00pm, Ages 8-12
July 6-10: 9:00 – 11:30am, Ages 8-12 / 1:30 – 4:00pm, Ages 5-8

Each day we’ll create dishes from a different country, including Japan, China, India, Italy and Mexico, and we’ll learn a bit about each culture through food.

“Cookies & Cakes” ($199) – Ages 5+

9:00 – 11:30am

Is there any better way to spend a morning? From lava cakes and cheesecake to “better for you” brownies, your child will be covered in flour and having a blast. Next time you need a dessert, you can put them to work.

“Afternoon of Appetizers” ($249) – Teens

1:30 – 4:30pm

Your teen will be ready to host a party after this week. We’ll make everything from dips and roll-ups to groumet items such as tuna tartare on crispy wontons and avacado eggrolls.

“Essential Cooking Skills” ($249) – Teens

9:00 – noon

If your teen loves to cook, this is the camp to attend. We’ll cover everything needed to create fabuloous entrees, including knife skills, making soups and stocks, and preparring various vegetables, starches and meats. After this jam-packed week, your child may even teach you a few things.

“Cookies & Cakes II” ($199) – Ages 8+

1:30 – 4:00pm

From madeleines and fortune cookies to carrot cake and chocolate torete, this will be a delicious week of desserts.

“Bambini Italiano” ($199) – Ages 5-8

9:00-11:30am

This is a slightly scaled down version of “5 days inItaly”. We’ll be making all their favorites – pizza, pasta, mac-n-cheese and we’ll even throw in a few veggies and desserts.

“Afternoon of Appetizers” ($199) – Ages 8+

1:30 -4:00pm

After your child takes this class, you’ll have to look no further for a helper in the kitchen for your next party. We’ll be making sausage wonton cups, roll-ups, cheese puffs and eggrolls, just to name a few.
