This week at Cucina Bambini, our Master Chef Junior students tackled a full 5-day culinary intensive — and the results speak for themselves.

From hand-rolled ravioli and miso-glazed salmon to seared steak with chimichurri, peach galette, and a chocolate ganache tart that could stop traffic — these teens cooked like pros from day one.

But it wasn’t just about the food. It was knife skills, timing, plating technique, and the confidence that comes from building something with your own hands — and then eating it.
